Ron Paul Revolution Radio Moves Forward
April 21, 2008
Dear friends and listeners, as Ron Paul has said, we must now move forward in revolution no matter the outcome of the National “Selections.” This doesn’t mean we are giving up on the political process and in fact many of us are delegates to State Conventions, hoping to be selected for the National Convention so we can vote for Ron Paul. After much thought and deliberation we decided to focus on the issues of financial, medical and food preparedness to secure you and your families from the uncertain times headed our way. RPR Radio will carry the feeds of “We The People Radio Network” this week as we transition into “Neighborhood 21 Radio Network” (The Neighborhood of the 21st Century) which will be located at www.n21radio.com. RPRRadio.com will continue to point and link to the new network website after the transition, so we won’t be hard to find. To make room for many of the soon to be announced preparedness Experts, we had to let some shows go and we will always love and miss them too, but we felt it was imperative to start a dialog about preparedness before it’s too late. We hope you take the time to visit and begin the process of preparing for the possible collapse of our economy. Control of essential items needed for our survival will be the tool used to control people and those who know how to prepare will not be subject to outside control during any state of emergency. So please join n21radio.com for more cutting edge programming that you won’t find no where else. Remember, the Revolution has not ended, to the contrary, its only just begun and we will be here bringing you the latest information on all the topics you care about.

The Hidden Power of the Presidency
By James L. Hirsen, J.D., Ph.D.
Regrettably, a host of these executive orders remain on the books, and they confer upon the presidency a vast array of powers. When exercised, these powers can bore so many holes into the Constitution, its usual protections are virtually eliminated. With a crisis looming, and with a simple signature, a president has the power to:
Order the government to seize control over all media, including television, radio, newspapers, and the internet (E.O. 10995);
Order the government to take over all food resources and farms (E.O.10998);
Order the government to take over all energy, power, mining, and transportation (E.O. 10997, 10990, 11003, and 11005);
Order the government to register, relocate, and mobilize civilians into labor groups under government surveillance (E.O. 11000, 11002, and 11004);
Order the government to establish control over the health, education, welfare, mechanisms of production and distribution, energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions (E.O. 11921 and 11001).

Federal Medical Marijuana Bill Introduced by Rep. Ron Paul
April 17, 2008 – Washington, DC, USA
Washington, DC: Representative Ron Paul (R-TX) introduced H.R. 5842, the “Medical Marijuana Patient Protection Act,” earlier today. This bill would make federal authorities respect states’ current laws on medicinal cannabis and end DEA raids on facilities distributing medical marijuana legally under state law.
Representative Paul, whose presidential campaign prominently featured the ending of the drug war as a platform plank, was joined by Representative Barney Frank (D-MA) in sponsoring this bill.
“I think marijuana is a helpful medical treatment for the people who have intractable nausea,” Paul said in a 2004 House debate regarding a similar measure. “I would like to point out this is not something strange that we are suggesting here. For the first 163 years of our history in this country, the federal government had total hands off, they never interfered with what the states were doing.”
Twelve states have approved the use of medical marijuana, beginning with California in 1996 with the passage of Proposition 215. The DEA continues to raid and harass medicinal cannabis dispensaries operating within these states’ laws. Presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have both indicated they would end such raids should they be elected.
Michigan will vote on an initiative to adopt medical cannabis legislation this November. Minnesota and Rhode Island’s respective legislatures are also considering pro-reform legislation this year.

We have a Date! Ron Paul will be keynote speaker!
Hello Everyone,
The day is finally upon us! WE HAVE A DATE! We also have confirmation that Ron Paul will be the keynote speaker at our march and rally in Washington D.C. The date will be July 12, 2008, the march will end at the rally point on the West side of Capitol Hill. More details on the march start point and march route will be released soon!
We want to make this a huge event! As of now, we have had over 14,000 people pledge to march and rally with us! We want 100,000 plus to be there and create one loud voice advocating freedom and less government. We thank Dr. Ron Paul for being our keynote speaker and we will publish a list of other great speakers in the coming weeks.
Like many of you, we were looking forward to marching on June 21. Unfortunately, this was not possible due to permitting. We did get permits for the dates of July 12 and August 2, so we decided to reach out to the excited members of the Revolution to find out which date you preferred. The results of the poll on our website had July 12 as the preferred date with 47% of the vote. Once Dr. Paul confirmed his availability for this date, it was a done deal! We know this movement isn’t about dates, it is about freedom, less government, and personal responsibility. So if that was not the best date for you, we hope that you will do your best to arrange your schedule to support the rest of us who are already committed to that date. We hope that this helps continue to spread the word and message of Dr. Paul and the Ron Paul Revolution!
Volunteers are now needed more than ever. Please visit http://www.revolutionmarch.com and volunteer today. We really need help with stage, lighting and sound. Another big area we could us help with is Public Relations, anyone who has a business or expertise in areas of Public Relations please contact us ASAP. There are plenty of other things we need help with to make this a big and successful event so please join us today.
Sincerely,
The RevolutionMarch Team

This lecture by Hans-Hermann Hoppe, was presented at the 2006 Ludwig von Mises Institute Supporter’s Summit, “Imperialism: Enemy of Freedom.”
Imperialism takes many forms, and is driven by many motivations, but its result has this in common with all forms of state interventions: it fails to achieve the overt aims of its proponents and it leaves the subjects touched by it less free.

Understanding the anti-tax case can be difficult. I’m may not be an expert, but let me try a quick introduction to the government, law, and the income tax:
First of all, there are two governments: Federal and State.
There is a United States Constitution that rules over all. But each State also have their own Constitutions.
Both the State and ‘the Fed’ have their own Legislative (congress) and Judicial (courts) branch. Thus the difference between federal law and state law.
Only the Federal government has a president. The executive branch of a state is the governor.
The Constitution of the Federal/State governments give the power to make laws (which are upheld by the Federal/State Judicial branch). (The States must be in compliance with the Federal government.)
So when it comes to the Income tax: the US Constitution gives Congress the power to “lay and collect taxes” on incomes.
16th Amendment: The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Keep in mind: this amendment give the power to Congress, but a law must be created to enforce it. Without a law, there can be no legal enforcement.
The Constitution itself is not legislation. It is ‘the law of the land’ – the appropriation of powers to the government, and the protection of the rights of the people. It gives the power to make law. The 16th Amendment itself does not enforce anything.
Most laws are created to say what you cannot do. Some laws also state what you are obligated to do. But when it comes to the Income Tax, the US Congress has never used their power to create a law that requires that you must pay a tax or that you are liable for doing so. (And nor should they!)
And to add to the holes in this illegal enforcement of tax, the IRS tax code itself even says that the federal income tax is a “voluntary” tax – hence, when you pay these taxes you are doing so by consent, not obligation.
Watch the full film, free, online! America: Freedom to Fascism
The States have the power to make their own laws, and most States have their own local income tax. However, if you live in one of the following seven states, you have none: no state nor federal income tax laws.
Which states have no personal income tax?
Seven states have no state income tax: Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington and Wyoming. Two others, New Hampshire and Tennessee, tax only dividend and interest income. To see how other states compare, check out the Federation of Tax Administrators’ listing of individual income tax rates for 2006.
But ultimately, whether you believe that anti-income-tax arguments are not, it is also opposed in principal.
The 16th Amendment should be repealed! This tax effectively gives the government a form of ownership over the citizens of the country.
The many other taxes paid fund all of the aspects of America that the federal government provides (or are at least meant to). The sole purpose of the income tax is to pay the interest on the loans the federal government takes from the ‘Federal Reserve’.
Fact: The Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment were enacted in the same year: 1913.
In other words, it is used to transfer wealth from the people – to the private bankers that control our financial system. And the more the government spends, the more they’ll need to take!

Sign the McCain FEC Complaint Letter
By his own admission, John McCain is breaking the law. His latest spending report has him $4 million over the limit he imposed on himself when he accepted public financing.
We’re not about to let this stand, so on Tuesday we filed an FEC complaint against the McCain campaign (check out the video of delivery to the right). Now we’re set for a second larger delivery of 30,000 signatures of Americans who won’t stand by while John McCain breaks the law.
